This is absolutley correct, it’s sleep time when our body repairs itself and and loses weight, especially if you work out. Then miralce happens, not during work out time.
So sleep IS important.

August 10th, 2009 at 6:21 am
his videos are pretty good and pretty informative. not sure how i feel about this one, but its not just fat that makes you fat. cortisol, stress, and insulin resistance do play a large part in what makes you fat.
if it was true that only fat makes you fat, then we Americans would all be thin. we eat less fat, and have more diet food today than ever before, but are larger than ever before.
its not as simple as “fat makes you fat”

This is the SUDO-science guy.
Sugar does NOT turn to cholesterol.
Sugar CANNOT become Fat … That is chemically imposible.
FAT turns to Fat.
Cholesterol in Fats becomes cholesterol in your fat…and in your viens and your arteries.
Fat that you eat makes you fat…NOTHING to do with what time you go to sleep.
