fats do make you fat, so eating 300 grams of fat a day will make you loose weight? than eating 300 grams of carbs a day? if your eating 300 grams of fruit and veggie carbs that will make you loose weight. fat slows down digestion and makes you get pimples in excess.

For the cardio but kept the longest time but lately ive been eating good fats and added in sprints am now 194 and protiens stopped the weight lifting and protiens stopped the cardio but lately ive.
