thats really good ! i cant believe you lost so much weight i need some tips because i try all kinds of diets with no success!!! =( i would really appreaciate it if you gave me some helpful tips.. =)

I am starting monday. Not with weight watchers, but with Atkins. I already know what everyone says about it being unhealthy, but I have done it safely before each of my 3 children. I subscribed to you and I will be watching week after week. I hope i get to tell the same success story that you have before and that you will this time!
