@oreovictim Most people are like that because they think they burn so many calories from exercise. And Michael P doesn’t eat 10,000 calories a day.

Great advice, as always. Speaking of Olympian athletes. When Micheal Phelps won his medals, I kept hearing on the news that he ate about 8,000 – 10,000 calories a day. Just out of curiosity, did you know people who’d say, “Well, I exercised a lot yesterday, so I treated myself to a whole pizza/double bacon cheeseburger/(whatever), because Michael Phelps does the same.”
