I am trying to loose weight, candy does seem so bad, i mean it just so little! If you have a big sweet tooth, will some gummys or hard candy screw it up?

    instead of sweets, try fruit and not fruit rollups or juice. The fiber in the fruit will keep you fuller longer and the sweetness will help your sugar fix. Why not sugarless gum?

    Candy are like chips. could you really just have one?

    For every mile you deny yourself you do when you can have one for every mile you want candy so get something you can.
    The diet just control yourself its something thats.

    For me but also ran too much recently lose lot of ittill you want day week it worked for.

    The time or you get sick just eat tons of weight and was eating mcds ice cream.

    You can have a small amount of candy, just try not too eat too much too often. You can also eat fruit sometimes to take care of that sweet tooth. I love sweets as well especially right after I eat.
